Fiorentina are trying to lock Dusan Vlahovic down to a new contract, which could include a release clause, amid interest from Milan, Juventus, Roma, Liverpool and Manchester United.

The 21-year-old Serbia international has been a revelation this season, scoring 15 goals in 29 Serie A appearances, 11 of them coming in 2021.

His current contract runs to June 2023, but President Rocco Commisso is busy trying to extend and provide a little more insurance for the club if he is sold.

According to the Corriere dello Sport, his agent has received interest from Milan, Roma and Juventus within Serie A, but also Manchester United and Liverpool elsewhere.

The plan could be to work out a contract that includes a release clause, giving Fiorentina some protection and avoiding a drawn-out transfer saga similar to the one Federico Chiesa had last summer.
