FIGC reject Lazio's appeal

The FIGC Court of Appeal reportedly rejected Lazio’s appeal for President Claudio Lotito’s suspension.

News agency ANSA reports the FIGC Court of Appeal imposed 12 months of disqualification on the Lazio President for the violations of the COVID protocol.

The long-awaited sentence of the Court of Appeal of the Federcalcio has therefore arrived in relation to the case of Lazio’s case with the COVID swabs last years.

The National Federal Court had inflicted seven months of suspension for President Lotito and 12 months for the club’s doctors Ivo Pulcini and Fabio Rodia for violating federal regulations and failing to comply with the current health protocols.

The Biancocelesti are ready to appeal to the CONI.
