Milan could offer cash plus Jens Petter Hauge to Udinese in exchange for Argentina international midfielder Rodrigo De Paul, it’s reported.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the proposal would certainly intrigue Udinese and the player, especially if they qualified for the Champions League.
Udinese have come to accept that De Paul’s time at the Dacia Arena is probably over and are requesting €40m for a sale.
Leeds United remain strong candidates, while Inter and Juventus have also been heavily linked.
Now Milan are emerging as favourites with the inclusion of Hauge as part of the deal to lower the cost of the operation.
There are also other players on the Rossoneri roster who could be added in, such as Tommaso Pobega and Marco Brescianini.
