Line-ups: Bologna-Milan

Giampaolo Pazzini gets his first Milan start tonight against Bologna, but new buys Bojan Krkic, Nigel De Jong and Alberto Gilardino are on the bench.

Both teams started out with defeats, as the Rossoneri were sensationally beaten 1-0 at home by newly-promoted Sampdoria and the Rossoblu fell 2-0 at Chievo.

They have changed a great deal during the last couple of days of the transfer session and that is reflected in the line-ups for tonight’s 19.45 UK time kick-off.

Gilardino and Michele Pazienza joined Bologna from Genoa and Juventus respectively, but the striker is on the bench for this evening’s game.

Instead, Robert Acquafresca has support from Alessandro Diamanti.

Milan brought in Nigel De Jong and ex-Roma striker Bojan, who are likely to come on as substitutes.

Pazzini gets his first start in a Rossoneri jersey, completing the trident with Kevin-Prince Boateng and Stephan El Shaarawy.

Massimo Ambrosini returns from injury to shore up the midfield.

Bologna: Agliardi; Morleo, Antosson, De Carvalho, Motta; Taider, Pazienza, Guarente, Cherubin; Diamanti, Aquafresca

Milan: Abbiati; De Sciglio, Bonera, Acerbi, Antonini; Montolivo, Ambrosini, Nocerino; Boateng, Pazzini, El Shaarawy
