Roma midfielder Miralem Pjanic has confirmed that he is 100 per cent fit after missing the Giallorossi's defeat of Inter last weekend.

The Bosnian playmaker has eased fans' nerves after he was unavailable to play at San Siro on Sunday, by claiming he is 'ready to get back on the field'.

The 22-year-old will make his return from injury on Friday night as the Zmajevi travel to Liechtenstein for their first World Cup qualifying match.

“I am fine and ready to get back on the field,” he told Corriere dello Sport. “I did not play against Inter because I felt a slight muscle pain, but now I am here and ready for these two games for Bosnia.

“Liechtenstein can cause us problems if we don't step on to the pitch with the right concentration. But we are an experienced team now, and hopefully we can do well in these qualifiers.”
