Corini: 'Chievo can surprise Catania'

Eugenio Corini wants Chievo to rely on the element of surprise in Catania this afternoon. “We’re not beaten yet.”

The Flying Donkeys visit the Stadio Massimino, where only Juventus have won this season in highly controversial fashion.

“It is going to be a complicated match against a side that really raises its game on home turf,” said the Coach.

“However, we’re not beaten yet and we know that we can have our chances to win. Lately things haven’t been going well for us on our travels and we have to change that trend.

“We are still feeling the regret over how Udinese caught us in the final minute, but we hope that 2-2 draw can teach us to avoid making certain mistakes.”

Luca Rigoni is suspended, while Cruzado and Marco Rigoni miss out on the trip due to injury.

“Will Alberto Paloschi start? He does have a good record against Catania and his qualities bring more threat to our attack.”

Chievo squad for Catania: Puggioni, Sorrentino, Viotti, Andreolli, Jokic, Farkas, Sardo, Dramè, Dainelli, Coulibaly, Hetemaj, Luciano, Dettori, Guana, Vacek, Cofie, Stoian, Di Michele, Paloschi, Pellissier, Thereau, Samassa
