Milan vice-President Adriano Galliani wants his team to 'fight for the Scudetto' next season.

The Rossoneri are currently third in the League, 18 points behind leaders Juventus.

But the board member has insisted that next term this side can challenge the Bianconeri.

“Milan are the biggest team in Italy in terms of revenue,” he told Milan Channel. “And we must improve in order to have a competitive team – both in Italy and in Europe.

“We need to 'give gas' to our players in order to make the Champions League for the 11th time in 12 years.

“Once we do that, hopefully next year, with a team that is properly integrated, we can fight for the Scudetto.”
