Liverpool winger Suso has reportedly already agreed personal terms with Milan over a move in January or June.
Reports since the close of the summer transfer window have been of the Rossoneri working to sign the 20-year-old winger, who has entered the final year of his contract at Anfield.
Speculation at the start of last week was that the player and club had reached an agreement for the move and now Gianluca Di Marzio’s site has followed that up with the assertion that definitive terms have now been set.
It is understood that Suso, who spent last year on loan at Almeria, has agreed to a four-year contract with Milan, which will pay approximately €1m in salary per season.
At this stage, the Rossoneri are yet to work out with Liverpool if they are going to pay a small fee to sign the player in January, or if they are going to wait until June to pick him up on a Bosman.
