Fiorentina-owned forward Ryder Matos could join Serie A new boys Carpi. “It’s not impossible,” said his representative.
The Brazilian striker is on loan at Palmeiras until December 31, but could be recalled early.
According to several sources, newly-promoted Carpi are in talks with the Viola to take Matos for this season.
“As far as I know, that move is not impossible right now,” lawyer Emiliano Salvarezza told calcionews24.com.
Still only 22 years old, he joined the Fiorentina youth academy in 2009 and went out on loan to Bahia, Cordoba and Palmeiras.
He particularly made his mark in the Europa League, scoring three goals and providing two assists in just eight games.
