Inter President Erick Thohir has reportedly met with Massimo Moratti to discuss the club’s future.
Oil tycoon Moratti was the Nerazzurri President for 18 years, but sold the club to Thohir in 2013.
The Italian retained a 30 per cent stake in the Beneamata, but it has been suggested that he is looking to sell his remaining shares, as he is not satisfied in his minor role.
SportMediaset reports that Thohir met with Moratti in Milan today in order to understand whether the former patron is considering selling his shares.
The Indonesian businessman is happy to continue with the current arrangement, but wants to be sure that Moratti has the right motivation.
The news outlet also reports that the future sponsorship situation of the club was discussed, with the current deal with Pirelli expiring in June next year.
