“I’ve known Mandzukic for a lifetime, from when my Hajduk Split used to take on his Dinamo Zagreb,” the Croatian told Sport Mediaset.

“I’ve known Mandzukic for a lifetime, from when my Hajduk Split used to take on his Dinamo Zagreb,” the Croatian told Sport Mediaset.
“We have always been in competition, including for a place in the national team. We are friends though and have been talking even more regularly since we both started playing in Italy.”
Fiorentina have had a better Serie A campaign so far, but visit a Juventus side on the way back up the table.
“We have been in the top places since the start of the season. Many expect us to collapse sooner or later, but I don’t believe the Scudetto is impossible.
“We proved that we can play at the same level as the big clubs. There are many games to go, but we’ll give everything we’ve got to win the title.”
