The FIGC has confirmed Italy’s preparation schedule ahead of Euro 2016 in France this summer.
The Azzurri face Belgium, Sweden and the Republic of Ireland in Group E, and get underway against the Belgians in Lyon on June 13.
On May 16, players will be called-up for a training camp at Coverciano on May 18. Players from Juventus, Milan and Paris Saint-Germain will not be called, as the former two will contest the Coppa Italia final on May 21, and PSG may be in the Coupe de France final on the same day.
A full preliminary squad will then be named on May 23, with the players gathering at Coverciano the following day.
On May 29 Antonio Conte’s side face Scotland in Malta, after which the players will be allowed to return home for two days, before the European Championship squad is named on May 31.
On June 6 Italy face Finland at a yet-to-be-determined location, before flying to Montpellier from Milan’s Malpensa airport two days later.
The following day there will be an open training session at Montpellier’s training ground, as the team prepares to face Belgium.
The Azzurri then face Sweden in Toulouse on June 17, before concluding the group against Ireland five days later in Lille.
