Napoli have gone into pole position for Empoli midfielder Piotr Zielinski, surpassing Liverpool and Borussia Dortmund.
According to several sources, including Sky Sport Italia, the Partenopei are getting closer to a deal for the Poland international.
He is still owned by Udinese, but spent the last two seasons on loan at Empoli.
It was there that he worked with Napoli Coach Maurizio Sarri in 2014-15 and a reunion would also give him access to Champions League football.
The 22-year-old has already been heavily linked with Liverpool and Borussia Dortmund this summer, raising the price-tag to around €10-12m.
