The Bosnia international would be allowed to leave for €38m, as he has a release clause in his contract.
Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain have already shown an interest in poaching Pjanic for that sum.
Mundo Deportivo claim Barcelona are also very much in the running, especially as it was Luis Enrique who brought Pjanic to Roma in the first place.
