The Republic of Ireland named their squad for Euro 2016 after a 2-1 defeat to Belarus, but lose Harry Arter.

They will face Italy, Belgium and Sweden in the group phase of the tournament.

Bournemouth midfielder Arter was ruled out by a thigh injury he sustained in training yesterday.

Striker Robbie Keane was also a doubt with a calf problem at the weekend.

Ireland have lost only two of their last 14 games.
