However, the Coach wishes to be paid in dollars, rather than Euros, creating a complicated tax situation which must be dealt with.

In addition, Bielsa is thought to have demanded guarantees over transfers, having had a number of his stars sold off when he was at Marseille.

To that end, Lucas Biglia is expected to be given an extended contract worth €3m per season.

Finally, Bielsa wants to bring in his own backroom staff, not only for the first team, but the Primavera squad too.
