Lazio medics confirm Stefan de Vrij has “slight amnesia” after a clash of heads in today’s 1-1 draw with Bologna.
The Dutch defender was knocked out cold during a collision with Sergio Floccari.
“De Vrij is perfectly alright and is right now eating some pasta,” chief medic Ivo Pulcino told Lazio Style Radio.

“De Vrij is perfectly alright and is right now eating some pasta,” chief medic Ivo Pulcino told Lazio Style Radio.
“He has a slight amnesia with regards to the most recent events, but that is absolutely normal in these situations. In some cases, it can be more serious.
“We need to be sure there are no cerebral issues on the vascular level and are performing all the necessary tests.”
Stefan Radu also went off with a sprained ankle during the game, but will be suspended for the next round anyway.
