Felipe Melo could leave Inter in January for a return to Brazil with Flamengo.
The midfielder was brought in by Roberto Mancini, but has barely featured since Frank de Boer took over in August.
According to Globoesporte, Flamengo have already contacted the former Galatasaray, Juventus and Fiorentina man.
The offer on the table is a three-year contract.
He had already been approached via his father over the summer, but since then Melo has apparently agreed to lower his wage demands.
