“The Giallorossi skipper will stay behind in Rome as a precautionary measure and his condition will be assessed over the next 24-48 hours.”
It’s an additional problem for Coach Luciano Spalletti, who is already missing Alessandro Florenzi, Thomas Vermaelen, Moustapha Seck and Mario Rui.
