Matuidi confirmed yesterday that he has been offered a new deal, but stopped short of promising that he’d remain at Parc des Princes.

Now Tuttosport is reporting that Juve are still interested in signing the midfielder, but are waiting to see how his situation with the Parisian club develops.

Matuidi’s contract expires at the end of next season, so if he doesn’t renew he could be available for a lower price in the summer of 2017.
