Juventus have officially confirmed the signing of Tomas Rincon from Genoa in an €8m deal.
The Venezuelan international had his medical with the Bianconeri last week and trained with his new teammates yesterday, and this morning his transfer has officially been confirmed.
“Juventus Football Club S.p.A. announces that the agreement with Genoa Cricket & Football Club S.p.A. for the definitive acquisition of the registration rights of the player Rincon Hernandez Tomas Eduardo has been finalised,” a Press release confirmed.
“The consideration for the acquisition is €8 million. The purchase value may increase of €1 million on achieving given conditions in the course of the duration of the contract.
“Juventus and the player have signed a 4-year contract of employment until 30 June 2020.”
Rincon becomes the first Venezuelan player ever to represent the Old Lady.
