Inter Miami have made contact with Serie B side Reggiana to explore a move for talented midfielder Natan Girma, reports suggest.

The MLS outfit, led by legendary forward Lionel Messi, have started the new season well and sit top of the Eastern Conference table after 11 matches, picking up six wins and three draws. Whilst they struggled to impress last term, things are looking far more positive now heading into the summer.

Across the Atlantic, Girma signed for Serie B side Reggiana last year, arriving from Sona on a free transfer. He has instantly impressed in the second division, picking up six goals and three assists in 29 matches, shining as a creative attacking midfielder.

Inter Miami look to Serie B

As reported by TMW, Inter Miami have opened talks with Reggiana to sound out a possible summer move for Girma, appreciating his eye for goal and obvious growth potential. He would be a low-cost reinforcement, having an estimated market value of below €1m.

Whilst the MLS side only began exploratory contacts, things could heat up in the coming weeks as the club look to find the right reinforcements to bolster their squad.
