Line-ups: Milan-Arsenal

Milan have Kevin-Prince Boateng back with Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Robinho against Robin Van Persie’s Arsenal tonight.

The first leg of the Champions League knockout tie is at 19.45 UK time at San Siro and the Rossoneri’s injury crisis is beginning to calm down.

Boateng returns from a long lay-off and is ready to start behind Ibra (whose three-game ban only applies to Serie A) and Robinho.

Philippe Mexes steps in for the not 100 per cent fit Alessandro Nesta and Christian Abbiati also makes his comeback.

Alberto Aquilani, Alexander Merkel, Rodney Strasser, Mathieu Flamini, Antonio Cassano, Mario Yepes and Gennaro Gattuso are still unavailable.

Milan’s last three Champions League campaigns were ended at the last 16 phase by an English opponent, including Arsenal in 2007-08.

The Gunners are without the injured Per Mertesacker, while Thierry Henry is on the bench for the final game before he returns to New York Red Bulls.

Tomas Rosicky, Aaron Ramsey and Theo Walcott get starting spots, but Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is on the bench.

The temperature at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza is around 2˚C.
