Moratti: Inter focus on Derby d'Italia

Inter President Massimo Moratti says his side have already shifted their focus to next weekend's Derby d'Italia away to Juventus.

The Nerazzurri moved into third place on Sunday night with an entertaining 5-3 win at home to rivals Roma. Leonardo's team are now just five points adrift of League leaders Milan.

"The Derby d'Italia is an important game for us and for Juventus," Moratti said.

"Inter-Juve or Juve-Inter, they have always been important games, always tense.

"The important thing is that everything goes smoothly in terms of tranquility and sport.

"We know that it's an important game for them and for us."

Moratti went on to say that he hopes the "etiquette" of the Derby d'Italia remains despite recents slanging matches between Inter and Juventus after Calciopoli.

He also called the "League very lively" before turning his attention back to last night's win.

"It was certainly a beautiful evening," he said. "We saw a very beautiful game.

"Every month we talk about a crucial moment in the season. I believe that every game is always important. You have to always try and do well. This month is important, without doubt, because there is the Champions League in the middle of it."
