Sartori: 'The trident will remain'

Atalanta technical director Giovanni Sartori has claimed Papu Gomez, Josip Ilicic and Duvan Zapata will ‘remain in Bergamo for a while’.

The ‘three tenors’, as Sartori called them, have been in remarkable shape for the Orobici this term and have helped Gian Piero Gasperini’s men to the quarter-finals of the Champions League and fourth in Serie A.

Bonavita becomes Totti's first client

Former Italy Under-15 international Simone Bonavita has become Francesco Totti’s first client, with a host of clubs following the Inter youngster’s development.

The Nerazzurri starlet has, according to Gianluca Di Marzio, similar qualities to Inter target Sandro Tonali in his physique, style and personality.

He’s the leader of the youth team’s midfield and has signed a deal with CT10 Management, posting a photo on Instagram confirming he has signed with Francesco Totti, Vincent Candela and Giovanni DeMontis.

Report: Roma reject Juve's first offer for Zaniolo

Juventus have allegedly had their first attempt to sign Nicolò Zaniolo rebuffed by Roma, who will only accept around €60m in cash.

Tuttosport claims the Bianconeri sporting director Fabio Paratici attempted to offer Giallorossi CEO Guido Fienga an exchange deal to bring Zaniolo to the Allianz Stadium last Friday.

But the newspaper writes that Roma held their own despite struggling economically and might have to sell players to keep hold of their stars.

Torino serious about Krunic?

Torino have reportedly been in talks with agent Sergio Berti regarding a possible move for Milan midfielder Rade Krunic.

Journalist Nicolò Schira claims the Granata are seriously interested in the former Empoli player, who only arrived at San Siro last summer.

The Bosnia international has struggled to find his feet in Milan and could be on his way after only nine appearances for the Rossoneri this term.

Schira writes that Torino have enquired about the availability and the process has advanced to contact with his representative, Berti.

Official: 'Coppa Italia Coca-Cola'

Coca-Cola is the new official sponsor of the Coppa Italia, starting the collaboration during the Final on June 17: “This partnership is part of the globalisation process.”

The new alliance between the Lega Serie A and Coca-Cola started with the Supercoppa Italiana and now proceeds with the Coppa Italia, before eventually expanding to Serie A in 2020-21.
