Tonali: 'Zlatan an idol and example'

Milan midfielder Sandro Tonali said his ‘dream has become reality’ and the youngster will use veteran Zlatan Ibrahimovic ‘as an example’ to follow.

Tonali made his Serie A debut in the Rossoneri jersey for the final 13 minutes of the 2-0 win against Bologna on Monday.

“Now the dream has become reality but in a few days there’s another match and we are focused on doing well,” Tonali said.

Liverani: 'Parma need depth'

Coach Fabio Liverani expects a ‘difficult’ season and says Parma need new players ‘immediately’ to add depth and ‘complete the team’.

Report: Mojica completes medical at Atalanta

Johan Mojica reportedly carried out his medical at Atalanta yesterday and the left-back will complete his move from Girona today.

Tuttomercatoweb reveals the Colombian has completed his medical exams in Bergamo and will make himself available for coach Gian Piero Gasperini today.

The 28-year-old is expected to complete his move to the Gewiss Stadium, after having spent seven years in Spain, initially with Rayo Vallecano, before moving to Real Valladolid on a two-year loan.

Report: Suarez accused of cheating on Italian exam

Guarda di Finanza have investigated Luis Suarez’ Italian exam and reportedly discovered the Uruguayan forward knew all the questions in advance.

The 33-year-old Uruguay international had seemingly been on the verge of a transfer to Turin and sat an Italian language exam in Perugia to begin the process of obtaining an Italian passport.

La Repubblica reveals irregularities found by Guardia di Finanza and the Perugia Prosecutor’s Office in the certification test he underwent last week.

Report: Milan in Nastasic talks

Milan are reportedly in talks with Schalke over a loan deal with an obligation to buy Serbian centre-back Matija Nastasic.

The Rossoneri have been linked with Fiorentina defender Nikola Milenkovic this summer, but Sky Sport Italia journalist Gianluca Di Marzio claims the club has started looking elsewhere.

The report reveals Die Konigsblauen could be willing to let 27-year-old leave on loan with an obligation to buy and the two clubs are currently negotiating the price.

OFFICIAL: Atalanta sign Lammers

Atalanta have officially announced the signing of Sam Lammers, who moves for from PSV Eindhoven for €9m plus bonuses.

The Dutch striker came through the PSV academy, but refused to sign a new deal with the Eredivisie side, as he struggled for playing time last term.

Today, La Dea announced the completed deal for the 23-year-old, has reportedly moved to Bergamo for €9m plus €2m in bonuses.

“Atalanta BC announce the permanent signing of Sam Lammers from PSV Eindhoven,” the club wrote in a statement.”

Gravina: 'Italy-Holland in Bergamo will be important'

Italy will host the Netherlands in Bergamo on October 14 and the FIGC President Gabriele Gravina believes it represents ‘a further step towards normality’.

Bergamo has been one of the hardest hit cities in Italy during the coronavirus pandemic but Gravina revealed the Gewiss Stadium could be open for more than 1,000 fans when Holland arrive next month.

“It will be an important game, a further step towards normality,” Gravina told Sky Sport Italia. “It’s a duty on the part of the world of football to return to Bergamo.
