Milan will still be able to count on Alessandro Nesta next season after he extended his contract with the Rossoneri.
The defender's previous deal was set to expire in June, but he's agreed fresh terms for another 12 months after talks today.
Nesta, born in 1976, has been with the San Siro giants since his August 2002 move from hometown club Lazio.
The former Italian international, despite his age, has played in 26 League games for the Diavolo so far this term. Only Ignazio Abate and Thiago Silva, out of the defensive unit, have played in more.
