Udinese beat Inter to Coulibaly

Udinese have reportedly overtaken Inter in the race for Pescara midfielder Mamadou Coulibaly.

The deal was all done, with Pescara President Daniele Sebastiani saying “it should be done today” on Wednesday.

However, something stalled between the clubs and now Sportitalia claim Udinese are more likely to sign the 18-year-old.

Official: Caprari joins Sampdoria

Inter have officially sold Gianluca Caprari to Sampdoria and are due to receive Milan Skriniar as part of the overall deal.

“FC Internazionale can confirm that forward Gianluca Caprari, 23, has joined UC Sampdoria on a permanent transfer,” read the statement.

The move had been expected and will be followed imminently by the transfer of defender Skriniar to Inter.

It’s believed the Nerazzurri are paying €20m plus performance-related bonuses to get the Under-21 international Slovakian defender.

Caprari: ‘At Sampdoria to play’

Gianluca Caprari has completed his Sampdoria medical, telling reporters “I’ll definitely get more space here”.

The Inter forward is set to join the Blucerchiati in a €13m deal, having spent last season on loan with Pescara.

The 23-year-old took his medicals this morning ahead of the transfer, and spoke to assembled journalists outside the clinic.

“I hope to do well with the team and give joy to the fans,” Caprari said.

Inter sign Pescara pair

Inter have completed the signings of Pescara youngsters Lorenzo Peschetola and Marco Pompetti.

The Nerazzurri had been linked with both in recent days, as well as Mamadou Coulibaly, as they seek to build for the future.

Pompetti is a 17-year-old central midfielder, while Peschetola is a striker born in 2003.

“Delfino Pescara 1936 announces the outright transfer of the players Lorenzo Peschetola and Marco Pompetti to F.C Internazionale Milano,” a statement on the Delfini’s website confirmed.

Dimarco set for Sion

Inter are due to send Italy Under-20 full-back Federico Dimarco to Swiss side FC Sion.

According to multiple sources, the 19-year-old is at the Inter HQ this evening with agent Beppe Riso to sign the contract.

“I hope that it’ll be a see you soon rather than a goodbye,” Dimarco told Sky Sport Italia.

“I spoke to the Coach and also chose Sion because of their tactical system.”

It's believed to be a sale for €4m, but with a buy-back option so he could return to Inter.

Report: Skriniar signs for Inter

Milan Skriniar has signed for Inter this evening, claim Sky Sport Italia, with Sampdoria receiving €18m and Gianluca Caprari.

The 22-year-old Slovakia international underwent his medical today and Caprari arrived in Genoa to have his tests with Samp doctors.

Agent Karol Csonto had a lengthy meeting with Nerazzurri directors and pen was reportedly put to paper this evening.

Pescara: ‘Coulibaly to Inter today’

Pescara President Daniele Sebastiani says Mamadou Coulibaly’s move to Inter “should be done today”.

It was reported last week that the Nerazzurri are close to signing the 18-year-old, who made his Serie A debut this season.

“The Nerazzurri are always in the lead,” Sebastiani admitted, speaking to Tuttomercatoweb.

Official: Udinese sign Bizzarri

Udinese have officially signed veteran goalkeeper Albano Bizzarri, who spent last season at Pescara and was a free agent.

The shot-stopper turns 40 in November, but was picked up to join the Friulani on a one-year deal.

Simone Scuffet is expected to be Udinese’s first choice ‘keeper next season, so Bizzarri should act as mentor for the Under-21 international.

Argentine Bizzarri has played for the likes of Real Madrid, Lazio, Genoa and Chievo.

Skriniar on verge of Inter move

Sampdoria defender Milan Skriniar is increasingly close to joining Inter for €18m plus striker Gianluca Caprari.

Negotiations have been going on for several days, though progress was somewhat slowed by his participation in the European Under-21 Championship.

According to Secolo XIX newspaper, Samp are ready to accept the proposal of €18m cash plus ownership of former Pescara hitman Caprari.

He already has seven senior caps for Slovakia under his belt.
