Donadoni in the firing line

Parma’s disastrous start to the season leaves Roberto Donadoni’s job in the balance, writes Aman Sehdev.

“Is my bench at risk? I don’t want to discuss that. As long as I am Coach of Parma I’ll try to give my best, because I believe we can turn this situation around.”

The defiant words of Parma Coach Roberto Donadoni after his side’s fourth defeat in a row and a staggering sixth loss in seven League games to begin the 2014-15 season. Make no mistake about it, Donadoni’s position as head Coach is in jeopardy, which would have been unthinkable just a few months ago.
