Milan choose Di Francesco?

Sassuolo’s Eusebio Di Francesco will be the Coach to replace Sinisa Mihajlovic at Milan this summer, say reports. 

The Neroverdi boss has been regularly linked with the post, with the Serbian appearing unlikely to be granted a second season at San Siro.

Corriere dello Sport writes today that President Silvio Berlusconi has made his choice and Di Francesco will be the man to take over in Milan.

Mihajlovic Lazio frontrunner?

Milan Coach Sinisa Mihajlovic is reportedly the favourite to replace Stefano Pioli at Lazio, but Walter Mazzarri and Cesare Prandelli are also linked. 

Mihajlovic appears set to leave San Siro at the end of the season, as his relationship with Rossoneri President Silvio Berlusconi becomes ever more uneasy.

Il Tempo reports today that Pioli is almost certain to part company with the Aquile at the end of the season, with former Lazio defender Mihajlovic the frontrunner to replace him.

Mihajlovic: 'Wasted opportunity'

Sinisa Mihajlovic shrugged off questions about his Milan future and Lazio rumours after “another wasted opportunity.”

Carlos Bacca replied to an early Marco Parolo header, while Jack Bonaventura hit the woodwork twice in the 1-1 draw with Lazio.

“It’s another missed opportunity, we could’ve closed up two points from Fiorentina and Inter. It’s the usual situation,” the Coach told Sky Sport Italia.

Galliani hints at Miha to Lazio

Adriano Galliani dropped a hint that Sinisa Mihajlovic will leave Milan for the Lazio job next season.

Berlusconi not 'convinced' by Miha

Milan President Silvio Berlusconi said he wasn’t “convinced” by Sinisa Mihajlovic ahead of the game with Lazio.

Miha: ‘Milan must prove ourselves’

Sinisa Mihajlovic urges Milan to “always” show the attitude evident in the derby with Inter.

The Rossoneri have been inconsistent this season, and ahead of today’s pre-Lazio Press conference the Coach urged his players to show a better attitude.

“We’ve given things way too many times in this campaign,” Mihajlovic noted in an interview with Milan Channel.

“We’re working to correct these defects, we’ve made some wrong evaluations and we’ll take action in view of next year.

Berlusconi: 'Miha will be evaluated'

Milan President Silvio Berlusconi reiterated he will “evaluate Sinisa Mihajlovic at the end of the season.”

The patron has been highly critical of his Coach throughout the campaign and is widely expected to axe him if he doesn’t win the Coppa Italia against Juventus in May.

“I know you at Palermo are accustomed to a President who changes Coaches with a certain frequency,” Berlusconi said during a political event in Sicily.

“I had, until the 27th year of my Presidency, never done that.”

Mattia De Sciglio admits Milan’s “main problem this year has been attitude”, and targets a European place.

The Rossoneri have been frustrating this season, and haven’t recorded a win in their last two League games, following a 10-game unbeaten run.

“Our main problem this year has been attitude,” the full-back explained to Milan Channel.

‘Everything is contagious’ at Milan according to Demetrio Albertini, who advises that ‘the transfer market isn’t the only way to build a team’.

The former Rossoneri midfielder gave his thoughts on an indifferent season for the Rossoneri after hopes had been high following a summer of big spending.

“I can say one thing that seems to illustrate this moment in time for Milan: everything is contagious, confusion generates confusion,” Albertini told Tuttosport.
