Miha: ‘Coppa important goal’

Sinisa Mihajlovic says Milan ‘respect Sampdoria’ and that the Coppa Italia is ‘an important objective’ for the club.

The Rossoneri face Miha’s former club at the Stadio Marassi on Thursday evening for a place in the Coppa quarter-finals.

The under-pressure Serbian Coach discussed team selection, the ongoing doubts over the future of Keisuke Honda and recent whistles from fans aimed at Riccardo Montolivo.

"We respect Samp, it’s an important game,” he said at today’s Press conference.

Milan line up Tassotti-Brocchi

A coaching team of Cristian Brocchi and Mauro Tassotti is reportedly set to replace Sinisa Mihajlovic if Milan lose to Sampdoria tomorrow.

The two clubs face off in the Coppa Italia on Thursday evening and the Serbian Coach is under pressure after consecutive draws with bottom two Carpi and Verona.

Corriere dello Sport writes today that a Brocchi-Tassotti partnership will take over if Miha is sacked, and that he’s unlikely to survive being knocked out of the cup.

‘Mihajlovic decides on Boateng’

Kevin-Prince Boateng’s agent says Coach Sinisa Mihajlovic will have the final say over whether his client returns to Milan.

The Ghanaian has been training with the Rossoneri since the summer, and is expected to sign for the club again when the transfer window opens in January.

“We’re still missing some small details,” Federico Pastorello explained to SportItalia.

Berlusconi: ‘Disappointed in Mihajlovic’

Milan President Silvio Berlusconi reportedly admits he’s “disappointed” in the team and Coach Sinisa Mihajlovic.

Following a draw with winless Verona at the weekend, it has been suggested that the Rossoneri must win their two games before the winter break, or the Serbian will be removed.

According to Italian news agency ANSA, Berlusconi has admitted to them that he is “disappointed” with the Diavolo, and complained that the team "lack chemistry".

Two games for Miha future?

Reports say Milan Coach Sinisa Mihajlovic risks the sack if the club don’t win their next two matches.

The Rossoneri failed to beat rock-bottom Verona at home on Sunday and owner Silvio Berlusconi was reportedly furious in the stands watching the game.

Tuttosport reports today that Berlusconi had set an objective for the Serbian Coach to obtain 12 points in the last four matches of 2015, but the San Siro giants can now only achieve a maximum of eight.

Miha: 'Referees damage Milan'

Sinisa Mihajlovic warned “we can’t carry on like this” after he blamed the referee for Milan’s 1-1 draw with Verona.

Nigel de Jong was sent off and gave away a penalty, but the Rossoneri had complaints.

“I understand the fans, they are right to complain and I am sorry for them and the club,” Mihajlovic told Mediaset Premium.

Milan's cautious revolution

The latest Milan revolution is more realistic but must continue to cut away the perennial team failures, insists Federico Martone.

Expectations finally seem like they are being managed correctly in the half of Milan that is slowly accepting they have become the Liverpool of Serie A. At the beginning of this season sections of the Italian media, that amazingly included the Berlusconi-owned parts, were tipping Milan to come third. In retrospect that would appear to be a red herring that most of the club's fan base saw through.
