Lozano in stands for Barcelona match

Napoli are expected to leave club record signing Hirving Lozano in the stands against Barcelona this evening, effectively cutting him out of the squad.

The Champions League Round of 16 tie kicks off at the Stadio San Paolo at 20.00 GMT.

All reports point to the Mexico international not even earning himself a spot on the bench, so he could watch from the stands.

Ancelotti: 'Eriksen similar to Pirlo'

Everton manager Carlo Ancelotti cast his eye over the current Serie A race, including Christian Eriksen comparisons with Andrea Pirlo, Juventus, Lazio, Inter, Napoli and Milan.

Ancelotti took the Everton job just days after he was sacked by Napoli in December, but is still keeping tabs on what’s happening in Italy.

More to Gattuso than meets the eye

Proving himself more than just a barking motivational coach, Gennaro Gattuso the tactician has impressed Emmet Gates.

Let’s see a show of hands on who believed Gennaro Gattuso would become a top-level coach? There can’t be many. From the outside, Gattuso’s snarling, full-blooded personality that epitomised his playing career didn’t exactly scream a potential coach with tactical intelligence.
