Dembele: 'No pressure for goal'

Moussa Dembele insists he feels “no pressure” to score his first Champions League goal of the season for Lyon against Juventus.

The first leg in the Champions League Round of 16 tie is in Lyon on Wednesday at 20.00 GMT.

“There are a lot of expectations for my first Champions League goal, but there’s no pressure on me. I want to play my game, doing my best for the team,” said the 23-year-old in his press conference.

Garcia: 'Sarri doesn't change Juve'

Lyon coach Rudi Garcia saw “elements of Maurizio Sarri’s tactical principles” in the new Juventus, but argued the club “are an institution who rarely change identity.”

The first leg in the Round of 16 kicks off in France on Wednesday at 20.00 GMT.

“We are confident going into this game, even if the season on the whole has not been easy for us,” said the former Roma coach in his press conference.

Bennacer: 'Zlatan is incredible'

Ismael Bennacer has revealed that he chose Milan over Olympique Lyonnais last summer and joked about how Zlatan Ibrahimovic takes advantage of his status.

The midfielder has established himself in the Rossoneri line-up under Stefano Pioli and has played 19 games in the League this term.

But he revealed that the club had been eager to get the deal over the line before he could evaluate other options and revealed that Lyon had shown interest.

Bonucci: 'Juve are favourites'

Leonardo Bonucci admitted that Juventus are "favourites” against Olympique Lyonnais and has claimed the competition in Serie A will spur them on in Europe.

The Bianconeri are currently preparing for their first leg in the round of 16 in the Champions League and Bonucci has asked his team to bring back some goals from the first leg at the Groupama Stadium.

Positive injury updates for Sarri

Juventus should have Gonzalo Higuain back in contention ahead of the first leg against Olympique Lyonnais, whilst Douglas Costa could make it for Inter.

The Argentine forward Higuain had to sit out against SPAL in Serie A last weekend but was back in training yesterday and Sky Sport Italia reports that Maurizio Sarri should have him at his disposal ahead of the important fixture in France.

The 31-year-old struggled with pain in his lower back but has trained regularly with his teammates this week.

Manzano ref for Lyon-Juventus

UEFA have assigned the referees for Wednesday’s Round of 16 first leg ties.

Sarri 'evaluates' Chiellini

Maurizio Sarri only focused on the match against SPAL in Serie A and has revealed that Giorgio Chiellini could be back in Juventus' starting line-up.

The captain returned against Brescia but Sarri didn’t want to guarantee the Italy international a place in the first XI against SPAL in Ferrara.

He revealed that they will “evaluate” after the training session today and the same goes for another veteran, goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon.

Olympique Lyonnais President Jean-Michel Aulas has claimed that Juventus coach Maurizio Sarri is “at the same level” of Pep Guardiola and Jürgen Klopp.

Aulas wants Aouar to play for Juventus

President Jean-Michel Aulas has confirmed contact between Olympique Lyonnais and Juventus about Houssem Aouar, “I would like to see him at Juve”.

The midfielder has impressed after coming through the ranks at Lyon and Juventus has been looking at the 21-year-old as a possible reinforcement in the middle of the park.
