Milan and Torino in for Grenier

Milan and Torino are the favourites to sign Clement Grenier from Olympique Lyonnais, writes L’Equipe.

The 25-year-old midfielder had already been linked with Sunderland and Palermo in recent months.

“Grenier will not be in our squad this season,” announced President Jean-Michel Aulas.

“During our last meeting he made some requests that were difficult to accept. I don’t know if he did it on purpose, but from that moment on he was for sale. It’s as if he asked to leave.”

Napoli €25m for Tolisso rejected

Napoli saw their €25m offer for Corentin Tolisso rejected by Olympique Lyonnais, claims L’Equipe.

Their attempts to sign the midfielder had already faltered last week, but a new proposal has come in over the past 24 hours.

According to French newspaper L’Equipe, that too was turned down by OL.

The 21-year-old is under contract until June 2020 and Lyon seem to have absolutely no intention of selling.
