Pastore moves closer to Inter

Inter could take Javier Pastore or Henrikh Mkhitaryan on loan in January, reports suggest, but with no option to buy.

The Nerazzurri have put together a Scudetto challenge under Luciano Spalletti, and currently sit two points behind Serie A leaders Napoli.

While the club’s leadership are keen to strengthen the squad in January, they have Financial Fair Play restrictions to think about, so must be self-financing.

Inter 'don't want to lose Joao Mario'

Inter director Walter Sabatini confirmed they are “evaluating” Ramires and Alex Teixeira situations, while they “don’t want to lose Joao Mario.”

Former Roma chief Sabatini is the co-ordinator for Suning Group football clubs, working on both Inter and Jiangsu Suning, so they could easily exchange players in January.

“We are in sync with the Coach on the intention of making a few adjustments in January,” Sabatini told Sky Sport Italia.

Joao Mario for Mkhitaryan

Inter are increasingly eager to exchange Joao Mario with Manchester United midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan in January.

According to the Corriere dello Sport newspaper, the Nerazzurri are working on the swap deal.

There is only one problem, as Mkhitaryan is a non-EU player and his arrival would effectively block Inter from signing Ramires on loan from Jiangsu Suning.

Juve talk terms with Mkhitaryan

Juventus have offered Henrikh Mkhitaryan €4m per year wages, but he is asking for €6m from Manchester United, Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham.

The 27-year-old is in the final year of his contract with Borussia Dortmund and announced this week he will not be signing a renewal.

That makes a sale this summer inevitable and agent Mino Raiola is “looking at his options.”

According to Tuttosport newspaper, Juventus have proposed wages worth €4m per year, but Raiola has requested €6m.

Juve consider Mkhitaryan

Reports say Juventus are considering an assault for Borussia Dortmund’s Henrikh Mkhitaryan before he renews his contract.

The attacking midfielder has been linked with the Turin giants for some time and his deal with the Bundesliga outfit expires in June 2017.

Tuttosport reports today that Juve could make an approach for the Armenian this week, as he is close to a renewal with Dortmund.

An advantage for the Old Lady is that Mkhitaryan’s agent is Mino Raiola, who has a close relationship with Juventus.
