Inter push Spal aside

Inter notched up a third consecutive victory, beating Spal thanks to a Mauro Icardi penalty and stunning Ivan Perisic volley.

Joao Mario was tripped just inside the box and VAR was required to assign the spot-kick, converted coolly by Icardi.

A Milan Skriniar thunderbolt rattled the crossbar, but Inter eventually added a second goal with Perisic firing a ferocious left-foot volley into the near top corner.
