Inter make Imbula bid?

Reports in France claim Inter have bid €18m for Marseille’s Giannelli Imbula, though the player has a deal with Valencia.

The midfielder played a key role for Marcelo Bielsa’s side this season, playing in all but one of their Ligue 1 fixtures, and scoring twice.

RMC Sport believes that the player and his entourage have been in talks with Valencia, with the 22-year-old keen to move to Mestalla.

However, the Spanish side have not yet made a concrete offer, and Inter appear to be ready to step in.

Destro stays, Doumbia goes?

Roma are reportedly set to revamp their forward line, with Seydou Doumbia possibly leaving and Mattia Destro returning to the capital.

Destro is currently on loan at Milan and scored the winning goal against the Giallorossi on Saturday, while Doumbia only arrived at the Olimpico in January.

However, La Gazzetta dello Sport believes that the Lupi are looking to let Ivorian international Doumbia go at the end of the season and let Destro stay.

Roma target Marseille's Mendy

Roma may turn to Olympique Marseille's Benjamin Mendy to replace Ashley Cole, according to reports.

The Giallorossi's stock in terms of fullbacks is arguably not as strong as in other departments and sporting director Walter Sabatini is likely to reinforce it this summer.

While the return of Alessio Romagnoli from his Sampdoria loan may provide them with a player capable of covering that position, Sabatini could opt for someone specialised in the role.

Inter in Andre Ayew talks

Inter are in talks with Olympique Marseille and Ghana striker Andre Ayew, also linked to Roma and Napoli.

Sky Sport Italia claim a meeting has been set up with the player’s father next week to discuss a potential summer move.

Ayew will be out of contract on June 30 and can therefore negotiate openly with other clubs.

The 25-year-old is the son of former Torino player Abedi Pele and has scored seven goals in 21 Ligue 1 games this season.

Ayew has also been linked with a free transfer to Roma and Napoli.
