Falcao pushes Neymar to Europe

Based on his own experience playing in Italy, Paulo Roberto Falcao has advised Brazilian prodigy Neymar to move to Europe this summer.

Falcao moved to Roma in 1980 at the age of 26 and spent five years in the Italian capital. During his spell he rose to a prominent position within the famous Brazilian national team of the early 1980s.

Neymar coy about his future

Santos starlet and Brazil international striker Neymar insists he doesn't know where his future lies amid reported interest from Juventus.

The 19-year-old is widely-regarded as one of the hottest properties in world football along with his Santos teammate Ganso, who is being linked with Milan and Inter.

Interviewed by Sky Italia, Neymar said: "I don't know what my future has in store for me. It's in God's hands and I don't know what will happen in June.

"I have to work hard to be called up for the Copa America.

Juve to make €30m Neymar bid

Juventus will make a summer bid for Brazilian youngster Neymar, according to the Corriere dello Sport.

The Santos revelation is expected to move to Europe before the start of 2011-12 and a host of clubs are keen.

Barcelona and Chelsea are being strongly associated with the forward, but so too are Juventus in Italy.

Although the Bianconeri do not have the financial strength of Barcelona and Chelsea on the transfer market, the Italian paper is failing to rule them out.

Santos striker Neymar claims he is fascinated by Serie A and feels ready for a move to Italy.

The 19-year-old is widely regarded as the brightest prospect in world football along with his teammate Ganso who is attracting interest from Inter and Milan.

Juventus director of sport Fabio Paratici watched Brazil-Scotland on Sunday in London to keep tabs on Santos striker Neymar.

The 19-year-old put on a virtuoso display scoring both goals in a handsome 2-0 victory for Mano Menezes' young side.

Juventus already had their scouts track Neymar's progress at the Sub 20 tournament in Peru earlier this year.

Neymar: 'My objective is Italy'

Juventus and Inter target Neymar has declared he's ready for Serie A. “My objective is Italy.”

The 19-year-old Brazil international is repeatedly named as one of the likely newcomers to Europe next season.

He has been linked with the likes of Juventus, Inter, Barcelona, Chelsea, Real Madrid and Manchester City.

“My objective is Italy, but also European football in general,” he told the Gazzetta dello Sport.
