Antonio Cassano’s recovery from heart surgery continues to progress, as today saw him rejoin his Milan teammates for regular training.
Cassano has been out of action since late October, when he suffered a mini stroke upon returning from the Rossoneri’s League game at Roma. Tests revealed a rare heart condition that required surgery and since, a lengthy recovery process.
That appears to be Cassano’s return to the main group today at Milanello, where he took part in regular drills with his teammates for the first time since his operation.
