Cagliari have reportedly changed the terms of their €18m deal with Boca Juniors for Nahitan Nandez and he still hasn’t travelled to Italy.

The midfielder said an emotional farewell to the Boca supporters after what was meant to be his final game this week, but he is continuing to train with his squad.

According to TyC Sports, this is because Cagliari have suddenly changed the terms of the agreement and want to renegotiate.

According to TyC Sports, this is because Cagliari have suddenly changed the terms of the agreement and want to renegotiate.

They are in a position of considerably more power now, having already secured Marko Rog from Napoli and Radja Nainggolan on loan from Inter.

The original deal was €18m plus 12 per cent of a future sale going to Boca Juniors.

It's reported Cagliari now want to remove that 12 per cent cut.

It would be yet another twist in a long-running saga, as Nandez was already close to joining Cagliari in January.
