Line-ups: Juventus v Bologna

Serie A leaders Juventus start Adrien Rabiot, Gonzalo Higuain and Federico Bernardeschi against an attack-minded Bologna with Rodrigo Palacio.

It kicks off at 19.45 UK time (18.45 GMT), follow the build-up and action as it happens on the LIVEBLOG.

The Bianconeri are still unbeaten in all competition this season and recaptured the top spot in Serie A thanks to their 2-1 victory away to previous leaders Inter.

Aaron Ramsey, Douglas Costa, Mattia De Sciglio, Marko Pjaca, Mario Mandzukic and Giorgio Chiellini are still out of action.

Danilo is available again, but not risked from the start, as Juan Cuadrado is at right-back.

The surprises are that Adrien Rabiot gets a rare start for Blaise Matuidi, while Bernardeschi is the ‘trequartista’ behind Higuain and Cristiano Ronaldo.

Bologna have lost their way in recent weeks, perhaps because the strain of having Coach Sinisa Mihajlovic absent during his leukaemia treatment is taking its toll.

Mihajlovic has just finished the second course of chemotherapy and was able to oversee his first training session on Thursday, travelling with the squad to Turin.

He is very good friends with Maurizio Sarri and has been for years, ever since the Italian was on the Empoli bench.

They have just two points from the last four rounds and will be without experienced midfielder Gary Medel for a month after his injury on international duty for Chile.

Takeshiro Tomiyasu, Mitchell Dijks and Mattia Destro are also on the treatment table.

Mattia Bani is again preferred to Stefano Denswil in defence, while Riccardo Orsolini, Nicola Soriano and Roberto Soriano fan out behind Rodrigo Palacio.

Bologna have won only one of their 31 Serie A games against Juventus played in the 21st Century, 2-0 away in February 2011, along with eight draws and 22 defeats.
