Inter are reportedly considering alternatives to Ivan Perisic, after Wolfsburg claimed they ‘couldn’t afford’ the winger.
The Nerazzurri have sold Xherdan Shaqiri to Stoke City for €17m, a transfer which was expected to free up funds for the Croatian international.
However, following Klaus Allofs’ declaration that they ‘can’t afford’ Perisic, Sky reports that the Beneamata are considering alternatives.
Diego Perotti is believed to be one of the names on the shortlist, along with Liverpool striker Fabio Borini.
Roma’s Adem Ljajic is another name thought to be under consideration, as Inter seek to provide Coach Roberto Mancini with further attacking reinforcements.
