Inter have officially confirmed the signing of Sampdoria striker Eder.
The Italian international had a medical in Milan this morning, and will be available for Sunday's Milan derby.
“F.C. Internazionale would like to announce that Eder Citadin Martins has signed for the club from U.C. Sampdoria on a two-year loan with a conditional right to buy,” the Nerazzurri announced in a statement on their official website.
"The striker has signed a contract with the Nerazzurri until June 30, 2020.
“We’re delighted to welcome Eder to the team. He’s a top quality player with international experience. He’ll give a new dimension to our play and represents another option for Roberto Mancini.”
Eder also commented on the move.
"I’m delighted to be here. I’ve worked hard for years to play for a big club like Inter.”
English club Leicester City also had a bid accepted for the forward, but he opted to move to San Siro.
