Napoli will have Gonzalo Higuain available to face Roma, as his ban has been reduced by one game.
The Argentine striker was handed a four-match suspension for his actions after being sent-off in the defeat to Udinese, but presented an appeal today.
It was hoped that his ban would be halved to two games, but the Appeals Court has only partially accepted his appeal.
Higuain’s suspension has therefore been reduced by one game, meaning he will miss Inter and Bologna, but will be available to face the Giallorossi.
In addition, his €20,00 fine was upheld.
